All orders are shipped from the United Kingdom using International Signed-for Mail. It normally takes 5-7 working days to reach your destination. We are not responsible for any custom charges or delays.

However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement on all goods returned to us within 14 days of your receipt of goods, provided they are in their original, unopened and unused condition. None of our products is tested on animals. Animal tests are useless. Rabbits get nervous and give all wrong answers. On a serious note, we source our ingredients only from suppliers who are not involved or do not endorse animal testing.

We use only natural and organic preservatives such as silver citrate(trade name Tinosan, manufactured in the USA), potassium sorbate (which we buy from a local winery), organic grain alcohol, and citric acid in very small quantities (less than 1%). Many plant extracts, vitamins, and essential oils act as natural preservatives keeping products fresh and free from contamination.

Water-containing products (creams, cleansers, toners) must be used within 6 months from opening. Oil-based products (elixirs, serums, massage oils) will keep fresh for 12 months from opening. We recommend storing the products in cool, dark places away from children.

Not yet, but most of our ingredients are certified organic. The certification organizations that we trust include Soil Association (UK), USDA Organic and Oregon Tilth (USA), and BDIH (Germany). At the moment the USDA organic seal is only approved for products that meet their acceptable edible food standards. Please contact us to obtain the source of each particular ingredient.
